  I wanted something easier than the other Lorem Ipsum tools out there I decided to create my own. I built the generator completely from scratch and even baked in an API.

  Designblo.gs is a a project I created to help and aide new designers and developers find what we consider the best web design blogs. I also hope to allow seasoned vets to find resources they didn't know existed.

My Experience

  After returning from abroad I wanted to get back into consulting, utilising new knowledge I had gained at my previous employers where I had learned a lot of new and better processes. I really enjoy running London Made and we have never had enough time for all the work requests but I am very happy to be capping the limit it grows for now.

  I was employed to be a Ruby programmer at Hashrocket but they quickly started to use my designing capabilities as well. I helped very successfully launch a major client of theirs as development lead. I corresponded with the designers giving input throughout the process.

  Clipgarden

  Clipgarden was the first startup I was a member of. It was one of the earliest How-To video tutorial websites. Unfortunately, due to outside circumstances it did not make it past beta but I still very fondly think about it.

  My general activities were to alter and implement design structures utilising a CAD package. I was required to interact with clients and to execute their requests. It was necessary for me to create strategies for project development and to assess these to determine their viability. These plans were further discussed in teams and then submitted for management appraisal.
